Client Protection Plan

If you have your home inspected by Precision Property Inspections and your transaction falls through for any reason, Precision will give you your next Inspection FREE OF CHARGE!! Your next inspection must be scheduled within 30 days of your original inspection date. If inspection is scheduled more than 30 days after your initial inspection, this certificate will be worth $50.00 off your next inspection. This applies only to the home inspection fee and does not include any ancillary services.( Radon, Termite Cert. etc.) This Protection Plan only applies to your first Inspection. All other Inspections will be discounted $50.00.

To Qualify for the free inspection, second home must be of similar size.
